Since my Aunt and Uncle pioneered buyer representation on Cape Cod in 1989, it is my honor to become the next owner of Buyer Brokers of Cape Cod, Berard Associates. As a resident of Cape Cod since 1998, a former marketing and public relations consultant, and with a Master Degree in Marketing, I bring the knowledge and skills that our clients come to expect when working with an Exclusive Buyer Broker. Anne and Leo have established a reputation on Cape Cod, and consistently provided homebuyers with the best service and representation a homebuyer can experience. I will use my knowledge and interest in home buying to help you realize your real estate goals and dreams. Although first licensed in California in 1994, I recognized the importance of using a buyer's agent when I moved to the Cape nine years ago. I purchased my home using the services of Buyer Brokers of Cape Cod, so it was a natural choice to continue my career here. I live in Chatham with my husband and two children and specialize in helping buyers locate property on the lower Cape. I hold a bachelors degree in communication studies from Emerson College and also have a master's degree in counseling psychology and am a licensed social work associate.
