We are centrally located on Cape Cod. On Main Street (Route 6A) in historic Barnstable Village, we
provide you a location that is convenient for you to meet with us. Keep in mind that we are a real
estate firm that works in all areas of the Cape.

From the Sagamore Bridge
|

After crossing the Sagamore Bridge, you will be on Route 6 East.
|

Take Exit 6 (Route 132/Hyannis) and a left of the exit ramp onto Route 132 north. In approximately
½ mile you will come to Route 6A (passing Burger King on your left and Cape Cod Community College
on your right).

Take a right onto Route 6A and proceed approximately 2.2 miles to the Village of Barnstable. We are
located in a white building on the left hand side, across the street from the Barnstable County
Courthouse, next to the Barnstable Tavern.

From the Bourne Bridge

After crossing the Bourne Bridge, go ¾ around the rotary and get on Route 6A East. You will be
traveling on the Canal Road, with the Cape Cod Canal on your left. Take a right onto Route 6
East at the set of lights. Take Exit 6 and follow directions above.

From the Lower Cape

Traveling on Route 6 West, take Exit 7 (Willow Street).

Take a right off the exit ramp onto Willow Street. Follow Willow Street to the end and take a
left onto Route 6A West.

Upon entering Barnstable, you will proceed through a set of lights (6A and Hyannis Road). Go past
the Post Office and Barnstable General Store. We are located on the right hand side of Main Street,
across from the County Court House and next to the Barnstable Tavern.
