Closing
We closely monitor your purchase. Staying in contact with your attorney, lender, inspector and
interested parties will ensure a smooth transaction and closing. We do not disappear after your
Offer has been accepted. We save you time and aggravation by communicating with all the people
involved on your behalf. This is the largest purchase of your lifetime, so you need a Realtor to
ensure the work will get done.
After your Offer to Purchase has been accepted, we will:
- See that proper legal protection is provided to you in the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
- We know
the issues and make certain an attorney has language that protects you.
- Call and introduce ourselves as your representative to all parties involved.
- Request that issues
and concerns be addressed immediately.
- Promote and protect your best interest among the other professionals.
- Review the HUD Settlement statement for accuracy.
- We look for excessive fees which could incur you
additional costs.
- Accompany and coach you through the final Walk Through.
- Monitor the closing on your behalf.
- Work in conjunction with your attorney and accompany with you at the
closing.
- Help you with concerns after the closing.
Again, we don’t disappear. We want to know of any
problems after your purchase and how we can help.
