 Home buyers love looking at homes for sale, and the search is an exciting part of home buying. But it is time consuming and frustrating at times when you are
not seeing the homes that meet your search criteria.
We will conduct a thorough search of homes for sale based on your needs and we will only show you homes that you want to see. We will also recommend some homes if we believe it’s worth your time and is what you are looking for.
This is how we search for you, we will:
Schedule a consultation with you (either in person or over the telephone). We want to know what you want, where you want to buy, and why. Specifics as to style, bedroom count, distance to water/ocean, life style amenities, lot size, etc. are discussed at this free, no-obligation consultation.
This enables you to focus on what is most important to you and your Cape Cod home. It enables us to find what you want.
Investigate homes you have an interest in or have already seen on the internet or in a real estate magazine. Provide you with information
Search the MLS and FSBO databases. Speak with listing real estate agents who know of properties preparing to come on the market.
Email you listings that are new to the market or have been reduced in price that meet your search criteria. You will email us any listings of homes that interest you, and we will make and arrange the showings. Should you see a property for sale by owner, we will make a professional inquiry on your
behalf.
Schedule the showings and accompany you. There is no need to call several different real estate agents yourself to schedule showings. We provide you with one stop shopping. Make just one call, give us your preferred dates/times and we will arrange all the showings for you. Keep in mind, we
work all over the Cape. We can show you any home in any location.
Discuss the pros and cons of each property we see. Schedule second showings and new showings as needed. Continue search as needed and per your request.
