This is a question we are often asked. Since we do not list homes for sale, people assume that we cannot find them a home to buy. This is a misconception, as we actually provide you access to the entire Cape Cod Real Estate Market.
This is what we do for you.
Work for you as a consultant rather than as a sales person. A home purchased through us is Bought not Sold. You make an informed choice from the information we gather for you. You are in control and you are informed.
Help you avoid costly mistakes. Due diligence is performed by us on your behalf to eliminate any surprises.
Put your best interest above all others including our own. A Seller’s Agent puts the seller’s interests first and then their own personal interests. Consumer advocates recommend the use of Exclusive Buyer’s Agents.
Since we do not list homes for sale, there is never a conflict of interest (a conflict arises when two real estate agents from the same real estate firm are representing both you and the seller). We will never steer you to specific properties for sale because we do not list. A conflict of interest can occur when a real estate company works with both buyers and sellers of real estate.
